your tasks:

  • Key user of our recruiting software as well as responsibility for the complete applicant management (job ads, communication, interviews)
  • Identifying suitable candidates via target group-specific recruiting and social media channels as well as business networks worldwide (primarily in the IT/tech and finance sectors)
  • Actively approaching candidates to get them excited about the opportunities to join our companies
  • Supporting the development of new recruiting channels as well as maintaining existing partnerships and networks
  • Contact person for employees and managers of the portfolio companies on general operational HR topics
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments and termination agreements
  • Responsibility for the onboarding of new employees including the implementation of onboarding events
  • Collaboration in HR development (including creation of job descriptions, creation and follow-up of training plans, monitoring of probationary period interviews and employee appraisals, conducting development interviews, training needs analyses and training coordination, supervision of dual students)
  • Responsibility for offboarding of employees including handling of reference management as well as conducting exit interviews
  • Project work, other general activities and support of head of HR as required

your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or business studies
  • First professional experience in recruiting and good knowledge of active sourcing
  • Confidence in dealing with common sourcing networks and techniques
  • Enthusiasm in dealing with candidates as well as for digital trends in personnel marketing and recruiting
  • Convincing and professional appearance as well as good people skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills would be an advantage
  • IT-savvy pragmatist with empathic skills and a passion for positive communication
  • High level of commitment and desire for a dynamic, international environment
