Your tasks:
- Handling of support inquiries from international customers regarding our software solutions
- Classification and analysis of the incoming customer inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support
- Independent solution-finding
- Direct and constant exchange with our customers
- Documentation of the cases
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Cooperation on projects
Your profile:
- Training as qualified IT specialist, IT clerk, alternatively commercial training with great IT affinity
- Experience in customer support for software solutions desired
- Knowledge of databases and SQL desired
- Written and oral English and German skills
- Outstanding service and customer orientation
- Pleasure in working as part of a team, also across departments
