YOUR TASKS:
- Independent development, maintenance, and extension of our software in the area of production control and shipping
- Leadership of new development packages within the Scrum team
- Design and implementation of innovative solution concepts for our customers
- Active collaboration and co-design within the supported product area
- Creation of requirement specifications with our customers
- Coordination with product management, project planning and our customers
- Extension of module components according to current market requirements
- Elaboration and development of project-specific solutions
- Collaboration in the evaluation and introduction of new software technologies
- Conceptual and technical support for the product owner
YOUR PROFILE:
- IT specialist in application development or studies in computer science / business informatics or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as technical leadership experience within development teams
- Experience in the development of enterprise software solutions in the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge in structuring and building modular software
- Experience in the creation of specifications for software requirements
- Experience in agile software development
- Know-How in programming in the languages C++, C#, MVC and experience in the area of databases
- Good command of English and German
- Passion for software development and the motivation to contribute and expand your own knowledge
