We are expanding and looking for an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our subsidary in Rosemont, IL, USA, who shares our passion for software and who will continue to conquer the global market together with us, win new customers and make our existing customers even happier.

you are thrilled when:
- You can create, follow-up on and resolve customer tickets
- You are testing and reproducing client issues in non-production environments to determine root problems and support resolution
- You can identify and collaborate with internal A+W staff to escalate issues appropriately while still providing timely customer follow-up
- You enjoy creating and documenting new procedures when standard procedures have failed, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
- You can stablish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, and quick deployment
- You are able to diagnose and resolve routine yet complex technical and production issues
We are thrilled when:
- You have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science (or similar education/experience combination)
- You have knowledge in MSSQL scripting (1-2 years)
- You have been diagnosing and resolving application errors via remote tools such as TeamViewer or similar
- You been using trouble-ticketing system (1-2 years)
- You been implementing applications within a Virtual Environment (1-2 years)
- You are an expert in communicating technical information to non-technical users
