Your tasks:

  • Improve customer relations, generate more business with key Polish customers (mainly Eko Okna) and lead commercial negotiations with Polish customers
  • Improvement and development of customer relations through all levels inside organization
    o Generating of new leads, negotiation, and sales
    o Development of dedicated products and services
    o Understanding for our customers’ internal changes to get us in a position to maximize our services’ efficiency and to also to maximize our customer wallet share
    o Understanding the technical and cultural environment of our Polish customers and their products and requirements to drive necessary actions to improve
  • Handle complex and difficult situations with key customer covering all quadrature’s relations with customers by coordinating o technical matters such as e.g, Winpro, web shop, installations, development
    o administrative matters such as e.g, contracts, order confirmations, invoices, deliveries, payments
  • Monitor and guide our internal organization to meet customer expectations
    o Communicating with the organization in terms of our customers’ strategy and short-term expectations
    o Identification of potential problems and deviations that do not match this expectation
    o Ensuring a consistent communication flow (formal and informal) with our Polish customers
  • Perform technical consultation
    o Support our customers with your specific production know-how
    o Improve our ongoing projects by giving advice based on your experiences
    o Help customers to identify value-add opportunities by combining new processes/machines and our software
  • Establish, promote, and coordinate a close relationship with all departments of the company that are "connected" with our customers in order to
    o provide support in decision making to departments (regarding our customers in Poland)
    o give feedback to our customers regarding the difficulties/opportunities of these departments to provide a better and more efficient service
    o centralize, track, and follow all customer requests in an efficient way and provide feedback to management
  • De-escalation, crisis, and conflict management in critical projects
  • Participate in the definition of the commercial strategy of the company for customer in area of responsibility
  • Define an annual business plan for each customer in area of responsibility
  • Lead commercial negotiations with Polish customers

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical and/or commercial education
  • Several years of industry experience in the fenestration industry in comparable position
  • Fluent in Polish and English, French a plus
  • Good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
  • Commercial and technical process understanding
  • Customer-oriented consulting talent with high IT affinity
  • Good communication and consulting skills
  • High stress resistance
