your tasks:

HR Service & Support for our international group of companies:
  • Handling of employment contract management
  • Responsibility for the onboarding of new employees including the hosting of our onboarding events
  • Personnel development (monitoring of probationary period interviews, employee appraisals as well as job descriptions, conducting development interviews, training needs analyses and training coordination, etc.)
  • Responsibility for the offboarding of employees including processing of reference management via special software as well as conducting exit interviews
  • Applicant management (job advertisements, correspondence, interviews) as well as in business and social networking, guerrilla marketing / regional marketing
  • Project work, other general tasks as well as support of the Human Resources Director as required

your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or business management studies
  • Ideally first professional experience in the field of human resources
    Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills would be an advantage
  • IT-savvy pragmatist with empathic skills and a passion for positive communication
  • Enjoys dealing with people without shying away from conflictual topics
  • High level of commitment and desire to work in a dynamic environment
