your tasks:

Joint responsibility for the smooth running of our (active) sourcing and recruiting processes for our international group of companies:
  • Key user of our recruiting software as well as responsibility for the complete applicant management (job ads, communication, interviews)
  • Business and social networking, guerrilla marketing / regional marketing
  • Identifying suitable candidates via target group-specific recruiting and social media channels as well as business networks worldwide (primarily in the IT/tech and finance sectors)
  • Actively approaching candidates to get them excited about the opportunities to join our companies
  • Supporting the development of new recruiting channels as well as maintaining existing partnerships and networks
  • Communication with personnel service providers and headhunting consultants
  • Other personnel administrative activities as well as support of the Head of HR as required

your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or business studies
  • First professional experience in recruiting and good knowledge of active sourcing
  • Confidence in dealing with common sourcing networks and techniques
  • Enthusiasm in dealing with candidates as well as for digital trends in personnel marketing and recruiting
  • Convincing and professional appearance as well as good people skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills would be an advantage
  • High level of commitment and desire for a dynamic, international environment
