your Tasks:

  • Supporting delivery of project portfolio by technically ensuring quality of implementation by A+W project teams
  • Providing trainings and/or transferring knowledge to PS/CS Teams Eastern Europe by developing/creating and monitoring individual training plans to ensure development/knowledge increase of the team members
  • Understanding, measuring and improving departmental KPIs (CSI relevant KPIs)
  • Facilitate providing of training services (train the trainer onsite and remote) to customers
  • Monitoring requirements in the field to identify opportunities for company service and expansion
  • Responsible for the correct and timely forwarding of the usual reporting to the management (for example professional services)
  • De-escalation, crisis and conflict management for critical projects (external)
  • Regular customer contact to ensure customer proximity across all hierarchy levels
  • Excellent, successful and economical support of existing customers based on the group guidelines of CSI, generating growth with existing customers
  • Demonstrating commitment to the company`s core values and foster an environment that values performance, customer service, continuous improvement and innovation

Your Profile:

  • Completed business and/or technical studies
  • Many years of professional experience
  • Additional training in project management
  • Proficient use of relevant management methods (presentation and decision-making techniques, conflict management, etc.) as well as negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of internal and external business processes
  • Fluent in English, other language skills beneficial
  • Decision-making and enforcement skills
  • High social competence and communication skills as well as persuasiveness
  • Good empathy with customers, employees and process situations
  • Solution-oriented approach and pronounced stress resistance
  • Willingness for international business travel (approx. 30%)
