Your tasks:

  • Joint responsibility for the smooth running of our sourcing and recruiting processes with a focus on
    active sourcing for our international group of companies
  • Identifying suitable candidates via target group-specific recruiting and social media channels
    as well as business networks worldwide (primarily in the IT/tech and finance sectors)
  • Actively approaching candidates to get them excited about the opportunities to join our companies
  • Supporting the development of new recruiting channels as well as maintaining
    existing partnerships and networks
  • Communication with personnel service providers and headhunting consultants
  • Other personnel administrative activities as well as support of the Head of HR as required

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training or completed business, economic or technical studies
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting and good knowledge of active sourcing
  • Confidence in dealing with common sourcing networks and techniques
  • Enthusiasm in dealing with candidates as well as for digital trends in personnel marketing and recruiting
  • Convincing and professional appearance as well as good people skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good knowledge of French
  • High level of commitment and desire for a dynamic, international environment
